Shingle Style - Balley Mountain House

Perspective View - Front

The Perspective Drawing (above) shows the Left and Front Elevation.  The house is perched up on a hill.  The front yard is terraced with creek stone walls.  As the guests arrive, they are guided along a path under a Pergola towards a Formal entry Portico.

Construction Photo - Front

This site has a spectacular unobstructed ocean view above the tree line.  The house is angled away from that view so that, when inside, no part of the house obstructs the view.  You can feel a heavenly oneness with the ocean, the tree tops, the wind whispering through the pines and the peaceful evening sunsets.

Photo - Right / Rear Elevation

The Photo (above) shows the Right and rear Elevation.  The gable dormer provides 8'-6" ceilings in Bedrooms 2 and 3.  The balcony (cantilevered) can be accessed through a Common Room.  The Sun Deck runs across the Rear facade.

The sketch and photo (above) shows the new main house with a link and 3-car garage to the left.  Upon entering the front portico, in plan, one steps into a 2-story open foyer.  The  Foyer, framed with Tuscan columns, has an open view to the Great Room which is ribboned with floor to ceiling windows capturing the panoramic ocean view.

Left Elevation - 3-car Garage

This 3 car garage has a studio space above that is accessed through the 2-story link connecting the main house to the garage.
