EXISTING House - "before" The photo, above, shows the existing cottage This cottage was totally renovated. The existing walls and roof were demolished down to the first floor deck. The existing foundation remained and the new Shingle Style Gambrel was be constructed on the existing foundation with an addition of the new garage-under.

NEW RENOVATION - "after" In this design the existing massing was converted into a new 2 story house. The new Shingle Style roofline gracefully draws your eye from the ridge down to the 1st fl. eave. This house is located upon entry to what is known as an "island". |
